A PassMatch unit is a small Raspberry Pi with relay boards that sits in the closet next to the access control panel and watches up to about 8 doors and the room around it. The mother is one page over every unit, on a PC or its own Pi, viewed from any guard desk.
The tailgate decision and the alarm happen inside each unit, right next to its panel. The mother only shows, collects and manages – if it stops, every door still alarms.
Each unit counts, decides and pulses its own alarm. If the mother, a network link or another unit goes down, the other closets keep catching tailgates.
The unit sits beside the panel it's wired to, so badge and alarm wires stay a few feet long. No home runs across the building.
One unit covers a handful of doors. If it stops, only those doors lose the tailgate alarm, and the mother tells you by email and on screen.
Live, Dates, Alarms and Reports across all units, with the same door filters as each unit's own page. Rooms and sensors on one Environment tab.
Add doors and sensors on any unit, pick the relay board, input and relay from a list, and save the same limits to every unit in one click.
Start with one unit. Add the next closet later by entering its address on the mother's Daughter Pi tab. No restart, no central database to rebuild.
We can install PassMatch on a single door alongside your existing access control, with no changes to how the door works, and show you the tailgates it catches.
